This means for you: Instead of asphalt and traffic, you will find plenty of space, fresh mountain air, and direct access to hiking trails in the Swiss stone pine forest. A true privilege that provides daily adventures and extensive sniffing experiences!

Note: Since our resort is located in the open countryside, we ask you to keep your dogs under control on the premises at all times and to lead them with consideration for wildlife protection and respect for other guests. Due to our current renovation, the large, exclusive dog meadow is currently still in planning and will soon be newly created for you.

Winter Magic for Sensitive Paws

A special advantage for winter vacations: We deliberately avoid using road salt throughout the entire resort. This allows you to walk together through fresh snow directly from the chalet door without aggressive salt burning your dog’s sensitive paws. A small but important detail for a thoroughly relaxing winter vacation with your dog.

At MarktlAlm, you don’t have to leave your beloved companion alone in the chalet during meals: In our restaurant, dogs are naturally welcome guests. We naturally hope that your four-legged friend remains completely healthy during vacation. However, should an animal emergency occur, you are in good hands. The nearest small animal practice is located only about 20 minutes by car from MarktlAlm in the neighboring town of Bad Kleinkirchheim.
